The idea board
Filtering cards and filling an outline happens inside your browser. Your choices are not sent anywhere and are gone once you leave or reload the page.
What gets counted
There is no sign-up and no form to fill in. A small script notes that a page opened, the site that sent you, how far you scrolled, whether the practice links came into view and whether you tapped one. With that it sends your browser language, your device type and screen size, your time zone and a random ID kept in your browser, so a return visit is not mistaken for a new reader. Your rough location (country) is worked out from your IP address; the address itself is not kept with the counts.
Where the counts are stored
The counts pass through this site's own server to an analytics provider that stores them in the European Union. We use them only to learn which parts of the page help people. Nobody buys them and no advertiser sees them.
Cookies and browser storage
No cookies are set. Your browser keeps the random ID, a visit marker that resets after half an hour of quiet and, if you close it, a note to keep the bottom bar hidden. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it. If you block scripts, the page still works and nothing is counted.
The practice links
Practice links point to /make-case on this site. That address looks only at your browser's user agent: Android phones go to the Confidently page on Google Play, with the link's place on the page passed along, and every other device goes to the Confidently page on Apple's App Store. Nothing is stored at that step. From there, the store's own privacy terms and the app's apply.
Your choices
Write to the address above and we will delete what is linked to your random ID. Since nothing here knows your name, clearing this site's data in your browser breaks the link straight away.
